Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Free U.S.Shipping

Shipping charges for non-U.S. orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

That said, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
